Products & Authenticity

All products sold by Bargain Kitchen Appliances are brand-new, original Bosch appliances sourced through authorized channels and backed by manufacturer warranties.

 

Orders & Payment

We offer secure and convenient payment options, including online payments and bank transfers.

  • Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched
  • Orders are only confirmed upon payment verification and acceptance
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Delivery & Inspection

We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria, with timelines ranging from 1 to 10 working days, depending on location. Delivery fees vary based on destination and product type.

Upon delivery:

  • Customers are required to inspect the outer packaging before signing the delivery note
  • Any issues relating to damage, tampering, or packaging concerns must be reported immediately at the point of delivery

Signing the delivery note confirms that the item was received in good external condition.

For large or built-in appliances, installation scheduling will be arranged separately where applicable.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly controlled to maintain product integrity and quality.

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • All packaging, seals, labels, and protective materials remain fully intact

Items with opened cartons, broken seals, tampered packaging, or any signs of use or installation will not be accepted for return.

Approved refunds:

  • Are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Will be issued via the original payment method only
  • Exclude delivery and logistics fees, unless the issue is caused by Bargain Kitchen Appliances

 

Installation

Installation services are not included in product prices unless expressly stated.

  • Installation is charged separately and will be communicated prior to scheduling
  • Customers may choose to procure installation materials independently

To maintain warranty validity:

  • Installation must be carried out by Bosch-certified technicians arranged by Bargain Kitchen Appliances
  • Use of unauthorized installers voids the manufacturer’s warranty

 

Warranty

All products come with the official Bosch manufacturer warranty, typically valid for 1 year or as otherwise specified.

Warranty coverage is conditional upon:

  • Proper use and handling
  • Installation by approved Bosch-certified technicians

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Physical damage
  • Electrical surge or external power issues
  • Unauthorized installation and repairs

Customers are required to retain their invoice as proof of purchase.

 

Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery.

Risk transfers once the item has been delivered and signed for, confirming receipt in good condition.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information collected (such as name, phone number, email, and address) is used strictly for:

  • Order processing
  • Delivery coordination
  • Customer support

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill services such as logistics and delivery.

 

Limitation of Liability

Bargain Kitchen Appliances shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss arising from improper installation, misuse, or external factors
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

 

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Logistics disruptions
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Power outages
  • Natural events
