Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly controlled to maintain product integrity and quality.

Returns will only be accepted if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
• All packaging, seals, labels, and protective materials remain fully intact

Items with opened cartons, broken seals, tampered packaging, or any signs of use or installation will not be accepted for return.

Approved refunds:

• Are processed within 5–10 working days
• Will be issued via the original payment method only
• Exclude delivery and logistics fees, unless the issue is caused by Bargain Kitchen Appliances
